Today is a good day, and it's about time I've actually thought that. The sun is shining. It's cold as heck out there, but I'm warm. I've been rushing about the house in the hours since my workout ended this morning, and I haven't had much time to reflect on how I did. I've never been so happy that a week of the challenge is over. Between being sick and having to put off the WODs until the end of the week, I was fried. This morning's WOD was named for the co-founder of my gym -- a badass lady who placed 3rd at the 2009 Crossfit Games. The workout was actually one that she won -- finishing in just over 11 minutes. When I saw the WOD for today on Facebook, I worried like I haven't worried in months.
