I keep wondering if I should make a bunch of New Year's resolutions. I don't have anything against them, like some people do. In the past, I've usually set one or two resolutions, and generally I'm pretty successful at achieving them, because they aren't vague or wispy and I decided long ago that setting a resolution to lose weight was really stupid. Argh. Today's WOD was really hard, and I'm not all that happy with my performance. AMRAP 20 minutes 5 Thrusters 7 Hang Power Cleans 10 Sumo Deadlift High PUlls I did 6 rounds and 5 Thrusters at 50 pounds. Ick. I felt wore out as soon as I finished the first round of thrusters.
