Crossfit Central's Facebook status today started out with "Is this a typo?" Uh-oh. It actually wasn't that bad. A treat for us on Tuesday! Rowing was in the WOD! I love rowing, because it works everything. You have to do it right, though, otherwise it can completely exhaust you. From cold to sinus infection

I've been fighting something off for about 2 weeks now. Today I finally succumbed. The doctor says it's a sinus infection. It froze last night! I was all bundled up for class this morning, and we were all grateful when the warmups began.
