Total Part 2 -- Deadlifts

Today was part 2 of Crossfit Total. 1-1-1 Deadlifts I really wanted to reach 200 today. Alas, it was not to be. But I still PR'd. I usually look forward to Crossfit Total -- the max strength workout we do every 3 months. But last night I fretted. We did some Olympic weightlifting in Crossfit this morning. I love this stuff.
