Kung Fu Fight Gone Bad 1 min max reps of: Jump rope Sumo Deadlift High Pull (KB - 1 pood/16kg) Weighted Step-ups (2 20lb dumbbells) Push Press (45lb bar) Medicine Ball Cleans (12lb med ball) That's what I planned for my class on Friday. I got to be the coach today
