I keep wondering if I should make a bunch of New Year's resolutions. I don't have anything against them, like some people do. Total Part 2 -- Deadlifts

Today was part 2 of Crossfit Total. 1-1-1 Deadlifts I really wanted to reach 200 today. Alas, it was not to be. But I still PR'd. Standing on shoulders

The other night over dinner, I was telling my husband about my cruddy/stressful day when his eyes dropped to about my chin and stayed there. "What? What are you looking at? Meet "Christine"

I met another one of the Crossfit "girls" this morning. "Christine" 3 rounds for time 500m row 12 body weight deadlifts 21 box jumps I was really sore this morning thanks to "Angie," and I considered not going for a half-second yesterday. Slow, but Rx'd

I've moved into this phase where I'm now able to do the Rx'd weight much of the time, but as a result, my time is slower.
