My shoulders, lats and arms are sore as I write this -- not unbearable soreness, but uncomfortable, nonetheless. It's my reward for 2 days of tough workouts, both at home and at Crossfit. "Annie" must be one of my favorite workouts, because I pulled it out for Friday's conditioning class again . This time I didn't add anything to it. I got a little lazy.
