It's not suprising but it is still disapointing

I stay a long way away from the processed food crap that fills up the bulk of shelf space in American supermarkets. We've gotten in the habit of loading up on vegetables from the farmer's market every Saturday morning and planning our weekly menu from all the great stuff we've picked up. I grew up hating guacamole, mostly because I only had it from Taco Bueno. The first time I had the real stuff made with fresh avocados and some salsa it was a total eye opener, and is something we have almost every week in the summer.

Stories like this really highlight what is wrong with the processed food industry. Lady sues over lack of avocado in dip. This is just sleazy when it's common knowledge how bad all these trans fats are for people. That and hearing about the video of the diseased cows that was released earlier this week, just make me happy that I've switched over to local organic produce.
